These terms govern your use of the Hemlo platform operated by Hemlo AB, org. nr 559577-1972 ("Hemlo", "we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Service description

Hemlo provides AI-powered property analysis, BRF financial insights, broker matching and related tools. The service is informational only and does not constitute financial, legal or property valuation advice.

Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. One account per person.

Subscription & billing

Hemlo offers a free tier and a paid Pro tier. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

AI disclaimer

AI outputs are generated by third-party language models and are provided for informational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional property valuation, legal or financial advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of AI-generated analysis.

Acceptable use

You may not: scrape or crawl the service with automated tools; resell data obtained from the service; use the service for any illegal purpose; attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls.

Intellectual property

Hemlo owns the service, its design and underlying technology. You retain ownership of all data you provide. By using the service you grant Hemlo a limited licence to process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Data & privacy

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings, which will delete all associated data.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Hemlo is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated analysis or property data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes shall be resolved by Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt).

Changes to these terms

We will notify registered users by email of material changes. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance.
